Many other presidents didn’t hold any executive positions before being elected as president. For example, Lincoln and Garfield served as Representative, and Nixon, JFK, and Obama served as Senators before being President.
On the other hand, LBJ served as Vice President before becoming President.

I’m not saying Nixon was a “great man” compared to LBJ, but Nixon (academically speaking) had much more control over the Vietnam War, at least given historical accounts.
Personally, I think LBJ was a good guy overall…but he was inept as a leader. Plus, a US Senator has no business being a President given their inherent lack of executive management experience. LBJ had never played an executive role before his presidency, and was therefore inexperienced.

To be honest, LBJ was kind of a victim because he inherited Vietnam. However, the reason why some people think he was an idiot was because of his micromanagement of the Vietnam War.
He micromanaged the war right down to which munitions were going to be used, which pilots flew and which targets were to be destroyed.
When Nixon came in, Operation Linebacker brought North Vietnam to it’s knees. The “Christmas Campaign” did the same. Johnson was a good man, but also an idiot.

How can Clinton set it up if Wallace was the interviewer. Clinton was obviously upset with the question and knew the underlying reasons for the FOX anchor to ask it. You are simply bias towards FOX.
I was wondering why you present your blog as “news.” It's opinion, which of course, you're 100% entitled to, but it's not news. News is supposed to be impartial and your articles are filled with bias. To say that what you present is news, and independent news at that, is just plain wrong.Oh, and by the way, if you're going to write news – whether it's actually news, or opinion masquerading as news, you should / could really use an editor.
