I disagree. All of the autotune the news songs are great. This is just another one of those great songs. T pain did a cameo, probably because he gets a kick out of their work. Your conclusion is on very thin ice, very thin ice.

Yeah I agree with you but I still feel like T-Pain also may have helped out. Not so much in terms of sound kits am I basing that on, more how the song moves, even compared to #2. It’s just a better song than the others. Where as this song I can see on a T-Pain CD (seems similar in feel to say I Can’t Believe it) and #2 just kind of seems like a good (but not quite good enough) attempt at a T-pain-esque song. I’m sure you get what I’m saying. This one seems more authentic.

manny, i feel you on t-pain, and agree with everything except he helped produce this. possibility, yes, but a likelihood, no. check out auto tune the news 2. sounds very very much like this one, and was made before t-pain had a connection with them. percussion sounds are identical, structure of the song, everything. t-pain is a lot more legit than people say he is though.

One would be signature sound.That’s kind of one of the main differences between a successful top level musician and “some guy” who has a degree. Kind of like how a guy who played basketball all his life doesn’t necessarily equal an NBA player. While some of the most talented players ever skip college. Unless you’re naive enough to think that Gregory as a musician wouldn’t trade places with T-Pain in a heartbeat? He must be just waiting for the right moment? Get real dude, 97% sure you’re a chud.

The point is that by the style of the song I can tell it’s the work of T-Pain. Anybody who is actually deep into music can tell you that. Same way I can tell you a Timbaland beat, or Neptune beat from any other, or form each other. And I don’t care if the guy has a music degree, that doesn’t change the fact that T-Pain is obviously involved with this song and it’s much better constructed than the others. Chalk it all to coincidence? I think not.

Obviously, since you guys are having such trouble let me explain- Yes that is T-Pain in the video. I can 99.99% guarantee that he also made the beat and wrote the melodies and harmonies. That is why this song is so much better than the others, because as much as people discredit him, T-Pain is overall an excellent musician.
