How does financial aid work if you get married and are still a dependent?
I’m almost a Sophomore in college and my long term boyfriend and I are considering getting married, but we are both still considered dependents (we are both under 24; not vets; no children, etc.). Would that decrease or increase our financial aid?
Getting married is one of the criteria to become independent. Once you get married you will no longer be dependent.

A fun filled weekend with HBO finales and Week One of the NFL Season. We saw a lot of injuries, some upsets, and a lot of good football. Constant is rooting for the Jets as they take on the Ravens in the Monday Night Football double header.
